Our internet connections all have unlimited download capacity and wifi repeaters around the houses to ensure that you can get wifi in every room. Many of our houses also have wired ethernet in the rooms to provide the fastest and most reliable connections for laptops and PCs.
Most tenants have 2 or 3 devices (smart phone / tablet / laptop or desktop PC) and the free routers provided by ISPs often don’t cope well if there are more than 5 or 6 devices in a whole house so instead we use professional grade routers and wifi repeaters that are designed to cope with a lot more devices so even if all our tenants had 5 devices each they should all stay connected.
