All our properties also have unlimited superfast fibre broadband internet service with Wifi accessible everywhere and most of them also have wired Ethernet into each flat. Gas, electricity, water, broadand and council tax for working tenants are included in the rent – some also include a large flat screen TV in the communal lounge.

A growing number of our properties now have fully self contained studio apartments and flats that all have private kitchens (fan oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, sink, fridge/freezer) in addition to spacious ensuites so our tenants can have all the advantages of a private flat but with all bills and internet included for less cost.
