You can use this page to upload the necessary supporting documents for your tenancy or guarantor application. We use the HTTPS protocol to upload your documents securely to our server. For more information on how we store and process your data, please see our GDPR Fair Processing Notice

If you do not have all the required documents to hand then you can submit what you have and come back to this page to submit the other documents later.

Please note that we only accept document uploads of the types JPG , PDF or TIF. Single photographs are usually JPG and if you need to send multi-page documents then you should create a PDF or TIF first.

The maximum size of any file you upload is 5Mb

If you are using a camera or smart phone to take pictures please ensure that the carmera is directly above the documents (not at an angle) and that the image is in focus and fully readable.

If you are unable to use this form to upload your documents then you can email them directly to your landlord.

NOTE : The files you upload must be in PDF or JPG format ad the maximum file size for any one file is 5Mb

The UK government requires all landlords to perform a "Right to Rent" check before granting any new tenancy. This applies to ALL tenants regardless whether you were born in the UK or elsewhere. Passport (and visa) documents are required for this purpose.

These documents are required as proof of your income and should be the most recent 3 months bank statements.

If the files are small it should be quick, but if you have added large photos, etc it make take several minutes so please be patient.
