Guarantor Details

If you've indicated that you are a student we will require a guarantor. A guarantor is someone living permanently in the UK who has sufficient income to pay your rent if you are not able to.


Tenancy Details

Please let us know which house and room you are applying for and how long you'd like your initial tenancy to be for.

This is your initial tenancy length and may be extended by agreement at a later date

Bank Details

We perform a credit check on all our potential tenants and as part of this we need details of your bank current account.


Previous addresses

As part of our credit check we need details of where you have lived for the past 3 years.

We need to know where you have lived for the past 3 years. If any of the addresses are outside the UK that address may be omitted.

Right to Rent / ID details

The UK government require all landlords to perform a "right to rent" identity check before granting any new tenancy. We need copies of your passport / id card and other documents to complete this check.

Additional Details for Non-UK Citizens

If you are not a UK national, in order to complete the required Right-to-Rent checks we need a copy of your UK Visa and your Right-to-Rent share code.

NOTE: This is different share code from the Right-to-Work Share Code so you will need to ensure that you give us a valid RIGHT-TO-RENT share code as we cannot validate your right to rent if you do not give us the correct code.
If you don't have a driving licence then please enter NONE

Employment Details

As part of our credit check we need details of your current employment. We will contact your employer to verify your income and employment status.

The amount your earn each month (before tax) and including any regular bonus. If you are paid weekly please enter 4 x your weekly wage
The name of your line manager
Must be the WORK email address of your supervisor or HR department - NOT a personal/private email like Gmail

It's ok if you smoke but you will not be allowed to smoke inside the property

Supporting Documents Upload

You should scan or clearly photograph the documents and upload them in JPG or PDF format only. The maximum size for each file is 5Mb.

The documents we need are :
- Passort / ID card photo page
- UK residency visa (if not from UK/EU)
- Last 3 months bank statements
- Last 3 months payslips (if employed)

Don't worry if you don't have all these documents now as you can still submit your application without them and upload them later using the separate document upload form. If you don't upload the required documents then you will need to provide these as soon as possible to allow your application to be processed. They can be uploaded using the "Document submission form" on the online forms page of our website.

Applicants Consent

I hereby expressly consent to my personal details including any forwarding address at the termination of any tenancy being passed on request to the utility company, local authority, collection agents and/or law enforcement agencies.


I understand that other than outlined above, all information will be treated as confidential.

Declaration

1. I am applying for a tenancy on the basis that the property or accommodation will be my main or only home.

2. I give permission for enquiries to be made based on the information I have provided to establish my status.

3. I understand that if I have paid a holding fee this will be forfeit if I choose not to proceed with the tenancy, or I am found to have knowingly provided false information herein.

4. I also certify that

a. I do not have any County Court Judgements [ CCJs ] against me or have explained them in the notes above

b. I do not owe money to any Housing Benefits Department or Local Authority

c. I do not owe money or dilapidation money to any previous Landlord

d. I do not have substance or alcohol abuse problems

e. I have the right to rent in the UK
